Shipping Policy

At Dolce Bambino, we know you're excited to receive your little one's new outfit, so we aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

During new collection launches, promotional periods, public holidays, or peak shopping times, dispatch may take a little longer. If there are any significant delays, we'll keep you informed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping options are available at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping partners and may vary depending on your location or unforeseen courier delays.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are available for dispatch.

Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items are listed on each individual product page. Please note these dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to factors outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Dolce Bambino cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider. While we will always do our best to assist, Dolce Bambino cannot guarantee delivery timeframes or accept responsibility for delays caused by the courier.

If you believe your parcel has been lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll gladly help investigate with the shipping carrier.
